Abstract:
to study the effect of propylbiguanide on sweet orange stalk rot and the acute toxicity of propylbiguanide. The results showed that propylbiguanide had good bacteriostatic effect on the pathogen of pedicle rot, the mass concentration of propylbiguanide had positive correlation with the inhibitory rate, and the EC50 of the pathogen of pedicle rot was 14.04; propylbiguanide at the concentration of 600 mg/L had a good effect on the fruit inoculated with foot rot disease, and the control effect on the disease was more obvious with the increase of the concentration; combined with prochloraz, the control effect of citrus stalk rot was enhanced, and there was obvious synergistic effect, when the blank group was 6.59%, propylbiguanide combined with prochloraz treatment group was only 1.52% Incidence Rate, which could effectively control the total decay rate of tangerine storage (3.32%); the acute oral toxicity LD50 of 0.2% propyl biguanide is more than 5 000 mg/kg, which has low toxicity and high safety. It can be used for the preservation of tangerine and the prevention and treatment of stalk rot.
